Wedding Day (50 or more guests, 6~12 hours)
8~12 months prior:
After you have decided that we are the right team to capture your day, we set up a time for a zoom to get to know your needs and how we can help you. If possible, please have a rough itinerary ready during the meeting as well.
Quote:
After we gathered all the information that we need to help you, we will take a few days to assemble a customized quote for you to review. This usually takes a week or so. Once you sign the quote, you will be prompted to a contract. Please read through the contract carefully and sign it together. An invoice will be created automatically with instructions for the next step.
3~5 months prior
Schedule your pre-wedding or engagement session(s) 1~2 months before you plan to send out your invitation.
1 month prior:
We will send you a questionnaire for us to know your wedding day in-depth. Please return it to us as soon as you have the answers. The final amount is also due at this time.
2 weeks prior:
Please ask your wedding planner to send us your itinerary at this time. We would love to review your schedule and make any suggestions that we think may be beneficial for you. When we see needed, we will also ask to schedule a call after we review both your questionnaire and your final itinerary.
ON the wedding day:
At this point in time, JuMi Story would have known all your priorities and your preferences. We would have your schedule memorized and we won’t need to ask you any questions on the day. Your duty is to have as much sleep as you can the night before and trust in the team and the planner that you have assembled, and let the day unveil itself! Please focus on experiencing your wedding day that you spent months if not years planning. Look at every guest when you walk down the aisle, these are unforgettable moments.
3 months later
Always early, never late. All your photos are colour corrected and you will receive an online gallery to download all your photos. There would be a generous offer on prints during the first week of receiving your gallery as well.
1 year later
Time to celebrate your anniversary! Please make sure all your files are downloaded. Your online gallery and video link may stop working at this time.
Pre-wedding Session (Photo Session with Wedding Attire)
6 weeks prior
Editorial planning will start this date. Give us a few keywords and images that you like, and we research the vendors, decor, and locations. Mood boards with dress choices, locations, and inspiration photos would be presented a week after.
Pre-wedding day
Dress fitting for the first 45 minutes followed by 2.5~3 hours of makeup. Please bring your nubra as well as comfortable walking shoes to change into. A big jacket is a must during winter!
2 weeks later
A gallery with colour corrected photos would be sent to you at this time for you to select.
4 weeks later
Feature retouches are complete. You may have one revision after this.
4~5 weeks later
The final revision is done, you may visit the shop section of your gallery to print. There would be a generous offer on prints during the first week of receiving your gallery.
